FAQS
Q) If I do abdominal exercises, will it make me lose fat?

A) Despite what those late night informercials claim, you cannot spot reduce fat.  Fat therefore, belongs to the whole body and in order to lose bodyfat you must lose fat in all areas of the body.  The exercise may firm up that particular area, but will not reduce fat.

Q) If all I do is cardiovascular exercise, will it effectively control my weight?

A) In order to control lean body mass, you must have a mix of cardio and resistance training. Lean body mass will burn fat, and also burn calories. So you need a mix of cardio and resistance training. Cardio alone will make you lose lean body mass.

Q) will muscles turn into fat if I stop working out?

A) Muscles and fat are two seperate things.  One cannot change into the other.  If you stop working out, fat wil settle over the underlying muscles, therefore, the muscles atrophy.
